What a great morning at Rivers Crossing yesterday. Wow. I cant believe I get to be a part of this move of God here in Cincinnati, OH. It was definitely one of those mornings where the energy was there from the get go. Paul definitely delivered a powerful message as we concluded our series on Worship.

David Walker, Worship pastor at Crossroads Community Church, just released his new album Closer than Angels. You need to get it. Its just a refreshing album for me to listen to. David has an incredible heart for worship, and a heart to see the city of Greenville changed. I feel like I have a little inside look into some of these songs. I was fortunate enough to get to play with David at Crossroads a good bit, and he also spent a good chunk of time pouring into my life off the stage. He recorded the CD in Redding, California and his producer was the lead singer of the Myriad (Jeremy Edwardson). Buy this cd, you can get it on David’s website (www.davidwalkeronline.com) or Itunes. Buy several and give away some for Christmas.
Megan and I have been having a great time seeing our families this weekend. Its the first time we’ve been back home since moving to Ohio in August. So its been great catching up, eating a ton of food, watching football, playing games…good times for sure. Gosh I’ve eaten way too much food. Definitely need to hit up the gym sometime soon.
Today was the first Sunday I’ve had off at Rivers Crossing since I’ve been there. It was great to have the day off, but I definitely missed being there. I heard that it was an incredible day there, which is awesome. My team is incredible too. Im very lucky to get to play with not only great musicians but great people. I had my good friend Mike lead today, and I cant wait to meet with him to hear how the Lord moved and used the songs today.
So…tomorrow we head back up to Ohio. I hear there is snow that awaits us. Maybe.
