Im very excited. Me and a couple guys from the church…my bass player and technical director…are heading to Indianapolis tonight to see Hillsong United in concert. Im very excited and think it will be an incredible night. I’ll let you know how it goes.
We had a great morning at Rivers Crossing today. For those who may not know, we are a portable church. We have an INCREDIBLE team of volunteers that get up super early to haul two HUGE trailers full of gear, equipment, and everything it takes for Sunday morning. So..we love our volunteers, and they love to serve the Lord in the local church, they believe in the vision of Rivers Crossing for reaching the Kings Corridor (our area).
Im amazed at how the enemy tries to distract us and get in the way. We got to the church this morning to find the heat was on instead of the air. Yea, it was hot. Good times. Also, during the middle of the set…the breakers decided to trip so we were left with silence. Good times. We pressed on and got past it though.
On a side note, I think I missed my fantasy football draft tonight. Anyone got an extra spot in their league?

Man, it has been a while since I’ve posted. Thats about to change, hopefully. We have made it to Ohio and are getting settled in our new home. The people we are renting it from didnt necessarily leave it to us in the cleanest condition, so we’ve been spending some time cleaning it. Also, there choice of paint colors were kind of odd if you ask me. Maybe its an Ohio thing, but I doubt that. Everyone has there own personal tastes. Needless to say, Megan and I have been painting (both bathrooms and our bedroom). When we save up a little money (paint is so expensive) we’ll begin painting the other rooms. We took a trip to IKEA last week and will probably go back again soon. Its only like 20 minutes away from us.
We really love it here. Seriously. The people are so great and we believe the Lord is about to do some great things here in this city. We’re so excited about being plugged into the local church here.
We will post some pics soon.
